Here is two weeks' worth of our family meals. I don't plan much for weekends - we just kind of grab whatever on those days.
Sept 5-10
Taco Salad: recipe here
Chili dogs and applesauce (mom at book club)
Chicken pot pie: recipe here
Spaghetti and green salad
Chicken broccoli casserole with rice
Baked Potato Bar
Sept 12-16
Mexi chicken (shredded chicken with black beans, salsa, corn)
Pancakes or Waffles
Chicken Alfredo (grilled strips of chicken breast added to alfredo sauce)
Pork chile verde on tortillas (pork loin chunks cooked in rotel all day)
Chicken noodle soup
*Chicken leg quarters boiled for three recipes: pot pie, chicken noodle soup, mexi chicken
* My favorite alfredo sauce comes from the Winco packets for .44. (Smith's brand, yuck).
