Ahh, the joys of home ownership.
Blessings:
1. Grateful my son found the leak before it had ruined ALL the decorations on that side of the crawl space (just some).
2. Grateful half the stuff is in plastic bins (and only half in boxes).
3. Grateful for an available, knowledgeable, and generous Father-in-law. So very grateful.
I thought my family was the only one with "water" issues. I must be rubbing off!
