I LOVE making muffins. Pretty much my new baking obsession. Every time I buy bananas I only intend for half of them to be eaten normally. I need the extras for muffins! The kids are off today for the long weekend (hubby's not tho) and the temp is 35 degrees colder than the first part of the week. So we are just having a cozy, snuggly, muffin-eating, scarf-finishing day as we get ready for tomorrow.
And yes, that's my mostly-done kitchen you see in the background. I can't wait to post the after pics next week.
Okay, so I want to come over and see your kitchen. Maybe you can come do something with mine.
