Last night was a long one. My little brother who just moved away to college had an emergency appendectomy in the middle of the night. I was up for a good bit of it, getting updates on his ER visit and surgery, and worrying about him being so far away and alone.
Needless to say, this preggo body needed a nap in the middle of the day. So I took one..for three hours.
When I got up, I discovered my sister Ash had stopped by with my favorite drink and her signature yummy prizewinning brownies. Just for me :) Totally made my day.
What are sisters for?
